Abstract
Latin American integration supposes a network of social, educational, ethnic, cultural, economic and political references based on a history that shares facts, moments and bases of the region; it encompasses a horizon of hope and fluidity of life, which forces human thought to associate itself with ethical philosophy in its valuable character of integration. The ethical approach of the peoples demands an integral vision of transparency and co-responsibility that add up to the historical treasure of each nation, in turn projects the integrality of their societies that do not, of course, escape the damage and destruction by which they have all been subjected. Latin American cultures in their desire to progress, advance and achieve a solid development that provides prosperity and happiness, for which it has been a struggle of interests to reach the peak in well-being, which is definitely the end of all noble people.
