Abstract

The processes of resistance, emancipation and social transformations that have emerged in recent decades in Latin American countries in the face of the logics of privatization, foreign investment, extractivism, labor and tax reforms, and the reduction of the public treasury among other aspects; They are proof of the failure of the (neoliberal) globalization project established by neoliberal governments. Faced with this phenomenon, a series of resistance processes emerge from countries such as Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Nicaragua, Uruguay, Argentina, indigenous communities, Afro-descendant peoples, homosexual groups, immigrants and all those subjects who have lived in conditions of oppression.
