Abstract

In Spain, Christians, Moors and Jews lived together for centuries, influencing each other, which enriched the three cultures. We also see Spain at that time (9th and 12th centuries) where Arab culture was superior to Latin, constituting a link between Christianity and Islam and reviving the "European cultural world: it makes itself felt in its philosophy, in its literature , in his science, in his technique and his crops, in his habits; in Santo Tomás, in Dante… ”(Fernández Retamar, 1976, p. 169).
