Jalisco and Federalism

Abstract

This year Jalisco celebrates 200 years of having been proclaimed as the first free and sovereign state (1823) and a series of all kinds of events have been carried out to celebrate, but what I would like to comment on here is the position of Governor Enrique Alfaro regarding Jalisco and its relationship with federalism.
