Analysis of the non-implementation of the PREP Hidalgo in the October 2020 elections

Abstract

It should be noted that, in the case of the Electoral Institute of the State of Mexico, a Preliminary Electoral Results Program has been implemented, prepared by the IT and Statistics Unit itself, reducing the risk of third parties in the development and application of said program. This PREP began to be implemented even before the centralist reforms of 2014, in that sense the IEEM has years of experience in the PREP.
