Abstract

The conservation of the world heritage of humanity is an activity that dates from ancient times, some of its antecedents can be visualized from the destruction of the cultural heritage that occurred during the Second World War (Palma, 2013). In this same context, reference can also be made to the 9th general conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) held in Haiti in December 1956, which was the watershed for its use for the first time the term of conservation of the cultural heritage of humanity, which led UNESCO to establish as a priority objective the preservation and dissemination of this appointment (Becerril, 2013).
