Franz Kafka and the modern
Abstract
Beginning to understand the crisis of turbulent times is a constant bet, seeing liquid reality, feeling the ephemerality of life, smelling the aromas of contradiction and becoming part of the postponed history of our time is the challenge of the subject. Thus, trying to make an analysis of the discourse that constitutes Kafka's thought symbolizes understanding the language, mentality, culture, identity and constitution processes of the subject within. For this reason, Kafka's narrative responds to an existential position, a lifestyle, a culture in particular. Which is related to the vicissitudes of modernity and representation immersed in Kafkian writing and a position on the framework between discourse, praxis and modernity as a critical point of historical enunciation.
