Abstract

The issue of human rights is a sensitive area for society and the Mexican State, this is due to an ambivalence between the constitutional reform and the full exercise and respect for such prerogatives that characterize a democratic State. In this way, the path that Mexico has taken since the constitutional reform of 2011 represents one of the greatest efforts to equalize domestic law with international law, cracking protectionist theories such as: monist and dualist theories, the first being of a constitutional nature. or internationalist, and the second, where constitutional and international law are established as divorced worlds that do not invade their spheres of competence.
