Abstract

The article analyzes the participation of women who have entered the street art movement of Ciudad Juárez through the graphic practices that they develop on the infrastructure of the town. This arises from believing that the elaboration of figurative proposals in the streets is a response to gender violence that mainly affects the female group on the border. In other words, the graphic pieces reflect the ideas that the artists have about the situation of insecurity that the female community lives in the city, since they represent concepts associated with vulnerability, inequality and the dynamics of street harassment they face. women on a daily basis. Therefore, the text is divided into three sections that are associated with the description of the female scene, the experiences that the members have and the proposals they make to manifest themselves.
