The role of transparency in the Mexican political system, seen from the theory of Niklas Luhmann
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to give an account of the role that transparency plays within the mass, law and political systems, on the one hand and, on the other, to mark which system it belongs to and what are the mechanisms that allow it to operate within the different systems. Its development consists of three parts, the first one refers to the state that keeps transparency and its operation; in a second moment, the analysis of the role of transparency within the different systems and the way they are coupled will be done; to finally see this through Mexican reality and show its peculiarities, through Luhmann's theory.
