Abstract

Throughout history, regardless of whether the interpretation of sociocultural processes occurs within a framework of progressivity or discontinuity, there is no doubt that the social space over the years has undergone various transformations in its configuration and structure, in such a way , that the institutional representation of the citizenry has been energized for the sake of versatile discourses, that is, that the continuous reforms through which the political structuring of our society in all its different fields has historically passed, such as the educational and democratic one that here It is competent, it has been transformed obeying diverse circumstances and for that reason, also to diverse interests and social needs.
