New normal o new social configuration?
Abstract
The question that guides this article is the following: the crisis situation caused by the Coronavirus - beyond the theories that affirm that it was implanted and those that do not - can it be the hinge that allows a new social configuration (political, economic, cultural and spiritual) in the world where solidarity and justice are the essential values? The slow agony of modernity can find us creating a new society, a new citizen social contract or contemplating the death of some more and accepting that everything remains the same. We offer some reflections on sorority as a method to go through this agony and we hope that they can be an input that serves the actions and decisions of leaders and peoples in the context of the pandemic and the post-pandemic.
