The totalitarian rumor. Counterpoint between María Zambrano and Hannah Arendt

Abstract

In the literary dimension of their parallel lives, Arendt and Zambrano achieve a place of meeting and conciliation, although their experiences and regrets have been distant or unknown to both of them. Philosophy now demands a more conducive space for these two thinkers to engage in a dialectic, which includes them in the clumsy hole of forgetfulness. Two voices that interspersed poetry and reason in their effort to find the answer to barbarism and injustice.
