Brief reflection on theoretical aspects of electronic government
Abstract
This document presents a brief reflection on a theoretical aspect on which it is intended to base the consolidation of a certain digital society and the emerging electronic government: the right of internet access. The development of high technology in the last 40 years has been dizzying, constant and innovative, so that generational change, which includes digital immigrants and digital natives (Hart and Hart, 2013) has conditioned social interaction to a world increasingly dependent on high technology.
