Discursive coloniality in the refugee crisis 2015/2016
Abstract
All discourse, conceptualized from the Pragmatics, constitutes a communicative exchange. In this regard, all discourse understood outside its oral and written limits constitutes a device designed to communicate. So, one of the premises for effective communication is respect for the reliability pact between senders and receivers; in addition to the organization of a series of "displays" encoded by the sender of the speech so that the receiver makes the appropriate inferences for the correct understanding of the message. The above according to the Sperber and Wilson model. But, in addition to the linguistic and paralinguistic strategies deployed to ensure understanding of the communicated content; the issuer must communicate a truthful message.
