Abstract

The 2019 Educational Reform focused on eliminating the different evaluations, assumed as punitive, that represented the heart of the Educational Reform of the past administration, whose objective was to seek Educational Quality to respond to a competitive educational and labor market. To achieve this quality, the recommendations of the OECD were followed, specifying the rigorous evaluation as a way of certifying the best means to achieve a Quality education, a situation that is now transformed into efforts to achieve Continuous Improvement through a diagnostic evaluation and not punitive.
