Abstract

This reflection can contribute to building criteria for moving towards relationships oriented towards the revaluation of life (Márquez, 2016). That is, the possibility of collectively sustaining concrete actions that contribute to genuine dignity; not merely declarative dignity. Having said this, we join the efforts for the political recognition of the diverse expressions of being trans. We decided to revisit a part of the problem linked to a violation we frame as trans-exclusion, which affects a diversity of bodies whose lives are routinely questioned, prejudiced, criminalized, brutalized, and even murdered.
