Abstract

Perhaps constitutional law, like all fiction literature, only aims to establish infinite variations of models of imitation of strategies conducive to perpetuating the body of the king, postponing his death and, with it, the possibility of recognizing that his authority depends on last of beings of blood and flesh. From this perspective, we find a new dimension to the affirmation of the famous Lacanian jurist who would affirm that "the great work of power consists in making oneself loved." And it is precisely that we love what we are not, we love what we cannot be, we love from lack and from lack. Ultimately, we find in love what we believe is the best kept secret by the gods, that secret that contains the mystical recipe that allows us to stop being animals sick with death, that secret that extinguishes forever the painful need that condemns us to to be finite beings and from there to be able to dream of being something more than tears in the rain.
